 The Lake Norman Parade of Homes is a continued tradition of displaying, to the public, the talents and craftsmanship of our quality home builder members through a free, multi-site, self-guided tour featuring the finest built homes in the Lake Norman region.

The LNHBA's Spring and Fall Golf Tournaments are one of most popular events and are always a sell-out! This is one of the best ways for our Associate Members to spend a full day with a Builder Member. It is also one of the most affordable ways to advertise your company by sponsoring this event.

The Best of the Lake Design Competition is an annual competition that allows designers, builders and trade craftsmen to showcase their talents and projects. The competition consists of multiple categories ranging from custom contracted new home, custom speculative new home, renovations (full house/kitchen/bath), outdoor living, green building and community amenities.
